Worth knowing: The room is large, but morning work periods and Saturday events can fill the best tables, outlet seats, and nearby parking earlier than expected. Most drink feedback is positive, but occasional orders arrive sweeter or more bitter than requested; staff are generally willing to remake a drink when asked.

Brew publishes unusually specific current coffee data. Its Ethiopia Sidamo Shantewene is an organic natural-process heirloom coffee with strawberry, lavender and raspberry-jam notes; Panama Highlands is a washed Catuai/Caturra with mango, lemon, bergamot and brown sugar; Colombia Castillo is honey processed with raspberry, cherry, dried fig, fruit cake and nectarine; and El Salvador is a raised-bed natural Pacamara with orange, huckleberry, vanilla custard and herbaceous notes. The official site identifies fresh roasting but does not map each coffee to a specific in-café brew method.
