The coffee
Small in-house roaster focused on ethically sourced coffee, spring-lever-style espresso, and individually brewed immersion coffee.
Coffee Cycle roasts on a Diedrich IR-5 and samples on a Quest M3. Espresso runs through a Londinium spring lever and Decent machines programmed to mimic its pressure and flow; staff measure extraction with an Atago refractometer. There is no batch brew: hot and iced coffee are made individually with immersion drippers. Current coffee listings should be checked in person for origin and process.

Working here
Coffee-first / social
At roughly 450 square feet, this is a compact tasting and conversation stop rather than a dependable workstation. The made-to-order service encourages engagement with the bar and can slow turnover.
