Pastry

The flagship is flaky puff-pastry fresh fruit strudel layered with fresh fruit and Bavarian cream. The broad walk-in case also includes croissants, bear claws, muffins, tarts, turnovers, éclairs, rondos, cookies, and other European-style pastries.

Cake

The official custom inquiry offers more than twenty flavors, including Belgian chocolate truffle, Black Forest, coconut-pineapple French Bavarian, dark chocolate raspberry, fresh fruit whipped cream, lemon curd and cream, strawberry Bavarian, tiramisu, and white chocolate mousse raspberry, with several icing choices and delivery requests.

Ordering

Order ahead

Order eligible products online for scheduled pickup. Quantities over six standard-lead-time items require at least 24 hours. Prepaid orders use the side pickup window; extra purchases require joining the main bakery line.

Walk in

Walk-ins take a ticket at the front entrance and shop the pastry and refrigerated cake cases. Specific whole strudels, cakes, or large quantities are safer as preorders.

Custom orders

Use the official custom inquiry form with event date, guest count, budget, delivery choice, flavor, icing, and design details. Custom inquiries require at least two weeks' notice; peak seasons or detailed designs may require more. Requested delivery carries location-based fees and a $200 minimum.
