Delah’s official menu gives traditional coffee the clearest specificity: Sana’ani is black coffee with cardamom, Jubani is a light roast with cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon, and Arabian qahwa is light-roasted and cardamom-boiled. The Iced Yemeni Latte offers a sweeter route into the same Yemeni-inspired program.
