The coffee

Cala uses Torque across espresso, drip, cold brew, and pour-over. Three light-roasted single origins rotate through a slow bar with roughly ten brewer choices, including V60 and flat-bottom designs. Staff may discuss bloom, pour height, and agitation, while APAX mineral drops offer an optional water-chemistry comparison. Torque’s origin, process, proportional-pricing, and roast-guide detail gives the program unusually high transparency.
