Bread

Country loaves and baguettes release at 8 AM; sourdough bagels appear Friday through Sunday, and brioche buns release at 11 AM.

Pastry

Sourdough scones, morning buns, doughnuts, cookies and cakes open the day; sticky buns are weekend-only and the pastry case rotates seasonally.

Cake

Seasonal chiffon and brown-sugar layer cakes, olive-oil coffee cake and full-sheet special-occasion cakes are offered with published sizes and lead times.

Ordering

Order ahead

Seasonal cakes, cookie boxes, whole quiche, olive-oil coffee cake and large bakery orders require at least seven days’ notice and payment when ordered.

Walk in

Walk-ins are welcome daily; regular breads, pastries and breakfast sandwiches are first come, first served while each release lasts.

Custom orders

The bakery accepts special-occasion cake, pastry and large-order inquiries; published seasonal cakes require seven days’ notice and are final sale.

Drip coffee and French press are available, while the beverage identity centers on specialty organic tea.
