Pinpoint’s Scripps branch is a destination for the deck as much as the menu: strong coffee, avocado or smoked-salmon toast, açaí bowls, and friendly service come with a broad view of the Pacific and Scripps Pier. It can support a short scenic laptop session, but the all-outdoor setup is weather-dependent and the best tables fill. Non-campus visitors should plan for a parking search or short walk, and the lack of a convenient public restroom makes an all-day stay impractical.
