The coffee

A rare no-espresso-machine coffee bar centered on sand-brewed Turkish and Egyptian-style coffee, house-made chai, and cross-cultural flavor combinations.

This is the most technique-distinctive shop in the set. Finely ground coffee is heated in a cezve nestled in hot sand, giving the barista direct control over the boil. The ritual is deliberately slower than espresso service. Public materials mention pour-over, French press and cold brew, but do not disclose the current roaster, origins, processes, or roast profiles.
